Grand Theft Auto V atop the rest still months from its PC release

It’s been well over a year since Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V released back in September of 2013, and since then it has continually been placed rightfully as one of the greatest games ever with incredible records being shattered.

During its first three days of release the open-world action game became the fastest selling entertainment property to reach a billion dollars of retail sales.

With its more recent release on the new generation, it’s popularity continues as it has overtaken the likes of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and FIFA 15 on the Charttrack ratings.

With new FPS features and significant visual upgrades when run on the new hardware, GTA V on the new generation is already a masterpiece, but as it prepares for its PC release its fair to expect it to get even better with even more capable hardware to help the game reach an even higher potential — both graphics-wise and mod-wise.

GTA V will release on March 24th on PC.
