Undead Labs, the developer of the popular arcade game, State of Decay will be announcing a new game on Monday per their official twitter page. With a name like ‘Undead Labs’ it may seem like a certainty that the upcoming title would be a zombie game, but they have assured that it certainly is not.
It is not a zombie game. Like… not at all a zombie game. More than that, I cannot say.

Though Undead Labs had just recently signed an extension contract to continue work with Microsoft as their publisher, Undead Labs has stated their new game will not be published by Microsoft. Their State of Decay series will continue as a Microsoft IP and the developer noted that big things are still to come with the open-world zombie survival game.
