Volition, also the developer credited with the THQ Red Faction games, will be unveiling a new game in a “Quiz Show Hour” with the devs.
Volition was recently sold to Koch Media in a $22+ million deal, but the new ownership should not change all too much of the type of game that the creators of the likes of Saints Row enjoy making.
The event description promises gameplay footage and more info regarding what their project has been.
“The developers behind the Saints Row franchise invite you to participate in a quiz show hour with Natalie Lander, the voice of Kinzie! At the end of the panel, we’ll show you exclusive gameplay, art, and details for an upcoming project from Volition.”
It’s been just over a year since the release of Saints Row IV, so the timing of this release isn’t all too surprising, and with all their games being released on the most contemporary consoles it should be a given that their new title will be focused on the new generation.
